Home activity packages for families in Ofakim and Netivot
One of the pervasive challenges confronted by families in Ofakim pertains to the lack of organized structure and engaging activities for their children. This pressing issue has been found to elevate the risk level for children, resulting in instances of delinquency, domestic violence, neglect, and related concerns. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the Welfare Department of Ofakim has formally approached Project Tkooma, seeking financial support for the acquisition of three distinct home activity sets. These sets encompass a comprehensive array of games, arts and crafts materials, and sports equipment. Our aim is to ensure that the children from 200 families in Ofakim are provided with meaningful and stimulating diversions to keep them occupied and engaged during these challenging times.
